Born in Diphale, Burgersfort, Chymamusique started his music career as a gospel and jazz pianist in 2000 before developing a love for house music and started learning more about production in 2006.
His jazz influences can clearly be heard in his latest album. In songs like Belong featuring Afrotraction, sounds of a smooth saxophone accompany his vocals while songs such as Celebrate and Praise, and Praise Him, link back to his gospel roots.
